My wife and I have owned our condo for 12 years and previously used the services of the on-site management company for 10 years. However, after average rental revenue/night started to decrease, we thought it time for a change. We transitioned to Maui Resort Rentals and have been very pleased with that decision. In addition to their staff being friendly and professional, they use a marketing program and rental algorithm that maximizes revenue/night, with less wear and tear on the condo. We also utilize their homeowner's website, where we can reserve our condo for personal use, see future guest rentals and manage rental paperwork. This user-friendly website was not available from our previous rental company. In addition, the Maui Resort Rentals housekeeping and maintenance staff has been exemplary, with timely service and a pre-arrival inspection process which ensures guests and owners a clean and well-maintained condo upon check-in.
