I bought a condo at Honua Kai and being that I don’t live in Maui, I complied a list of things that were important to me when looking for a property manager. I talked to Chris Geng and was impressed with the service levels he talked about as well as the staff being Marriott and Ritz-Carlton trained. The listing photos were fabulous! I got my first renter within days. The staff is friendly and have gone above and beyond my expectations! What a pleasant surprise. My condo is clean and the links as well as owner websites are very informative. I cannot say enough about Maui Resort Rentals. They are simply the Best!!!!
