2023-2024 Honua Kai Painting Project Schedule Updates
Honua Kai will be doing routine maintenance and painting of the Konea building exterior throughout 2023 and 2024. This project will consist of painting the exterior walls, which will impact the state of the lanais (balconies). Lanai furniture will be covered during the painting portion of the project, and the lanai will be unusable during M-F 8am-4pm.
For any given week around a dozen or so condos will be directly affected. Exact schedule is fluid and subject to change, so the Honua Kai Condominium Association sends out an updated schedule every Friday. We will be doing our best to post the most recently updated schedule here as soon as we receive it.
