Maui Resort Rentals has partnered with Adopt a Beach through the Pacific Whale Foundation to help remove debris from Maui's beaches and protect the health of our ocean. Throughout 2023, our team will participate in monthly meetups at Olowalu Beach, where they will collect and dispose of all man-made trash along the shore. 

Debris is one of the major threats facing whales, dolphins, turtles, and other marine life today. The goal of this program is to help motivate and raise awareness within the local community about cleanup efforts and encourage them to reduce the use of single-use plastics. Participating in this program will also support the collection of valuable data identifying trends in marine debris accumulation around Maui County that will support relevant legislation and help identify educational campaigns surrounding marine debris.
