Fold away the fully-stacking sliding doors in the living area and lose yourself in the warm sea breeze and the gentle sound of waves hitting the shore from your expansive private lanai—recently upgraded with glass paneling to fully optimize visibility.

Beyond its dreamy coastal setting, the residence has been completely remodeled to include upgraded finishes like travertine flooring, custom European sycamore cabinetry, and granite counters—accented by gorgeous contemporary island decor. The gourmet kitchen has been outfitted with top-of-the-line Bosch and Thermador appliances and stocked with all the utensils you will need to prepare delicious meals and refreshments during your stay.

The villa's 1300+ sq ft interior can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, with a sumptuous king-size bed in the primary bedroom and a spacious queen-size bed in the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms and the living space feature a flat-panel TV for your viewing enjoyment. For additional sleeping capacity we are happy to provide two complimentary memory foam floor mattresses upon advance request.

If you wish to avoid excessive baggage fees from the airlines, consider packing lighter and utilizing the high-efficiency washer and dryer in the residence.
