Perched on the top floor, this residence offers enhanced privacy and quietude, with private stairs leading to both the main entrance and the rear lanai.

Each primary bathroom has a double vanity and a frameless glass walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a vanity with a tub-shower combination.
