Leading the MRR guest experience team, Patricia has years of experience working for leading companies such as Marriott and Starwood. Most recently, Patricia was the head of front office at the Montage Kapalua Bay, where she was appointed as a Forbes Travel Guide 5-star trainer. In her free time she enjoys power lifting, traveling, and seeking out new culinary experiences.
