2024-2025 Whaler Painting Project Schedule Updates

The Whaler will be doing routine painting of building one's exterior throughout 2024 and 2025 beginning August 19th. The project will consist of refinishing the exterior building surfaces before painting the exterior walls, which may cause some noise during working hours and will impact the state of the lanais, some of which will be unusable M-F 8 am-5:30 pm. 

Below is the anticipated schedule for the project, however, the exact schedule is fluid and subject to change. Please also reference the anticipated dates each condo is scheduled to be impacted in the individual listings. We do our best to update these disclaimers as soon as we receive the updated schedule. **Please Note: As a precaution to guests, certain areas of the pool and pool deck closest to Tower 1 as well as the Tower 1 BBQ area will experience closures during The Whaler painting project. Partial pool and pool deck closures are anticipated between 8/19/24 and 9/13/24. At this time the pool will reopen fully and the BBQ area and part of the pool deck will continue to be affected from 9/16/24 to 10/25/24. The BBQ area will be available for use after 5:30 pm daily. Schedules are subject to change and rates are discounted to compensate.**
